By using or accessing the site in any way, viewing or browsing the site, or adding your own content to the site, you are agreeing to be bound by both these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Ocean Aire Productions, Inc. provides online learning programs, products, and websites. All material is provided for informational or educational purposes only. No content is intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Refunds and Returns

All sales on https://www.HarryandFriends.net are final. This policy applies to all one-time fee products, subscription memberships, subscription renewals, virtual summits, workshops, physical products, and downloadable product purchases.

One-time Fee Products

Ocean Aire Productions, Inc. provides both one-time fee products as well as subscriptions. This clause refers to one-time fee products. If you purchase a one-time fee product such as a kit or workshop, you will be charged one time and not be added to a subscription unless you separately purchase a subscription from our site. All sales are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.

Subscription Renewals

Ocean Aire Productions, Inc. provides both one-time fee products as well as subscriptions that renew monthly and annually. This clause refers to subscriptions only to our online programs on either monthly or annual terms. All subscriptions automatically renew for a subsequent term matching in duration to the original term. By making a subscription purchase on our site, you agree that your subscription(s) is recurring and will renew automatically.  Refunds will not be issued for subscription renewals.

Subscription Cancellations

You are responsible for canceling automatic renewals to your monthly or annual subscription within your dashboard on your own. Canceling subscriptions is not done verbally or via email.

When canceling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be canceled. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund; however, your subscription access will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.

When canceling an annual subscription, all future charges associated with future years of your subscription will be canceled. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period. You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term, however, your subscription access will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.

Limited Location Rights

By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms regarding limited location rights:

Usage Restrictions  

   Access to our services and API is restricted to a single location. Only one login instance is permitted at a time for the specified location. Attempts to access the services or API from multiple logins or locations simultaneously may result in temporary access suspension or account review.  

   The limited location rights remain valid only while your subscription remains active. If your subscription is terminated or expires, access to the services and any associated rights will cease immediately.

These conditions are designed to ensure appropriate and fair use of our services while maintaining a focused, intentional approach to supporting children's growth within their specific environments. For any questions or clarification, please contact us directly before subscribing.

Reselling, Redistributing, Translating Resources

You are not permitted to resell, repurpose, redistribute, embed, digitally copy, photocopy, or translate resources from Ocean Aire Productions, Inc. which includes all assets from: www.harryandfriends.net and adventuresofharryandfriends.com whether they are free or paid products or programs. You are not permitted to embed programs, kits, or parts of our resources into your own programs, curricula, or materials.

Shipping Terms

Most of our products and programs are digital. We do have a few physical products that are available for shipping. If you purchase one of these products, remember that all shipping delivery time frames are approximations provided by the United States Postal Service. We do not provide guarantees on arrival dates of journals, books, and other physical products. Refunds will not be provided on deliveries that go beyond the approximate delivery time frame.

Force Majeure

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Ocean Aire Productions, Inc. will not be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of war or terrorism, shortage of supply, breakdowns or malfunctions, interruptions or malfunction of computer facilities, interruptions of internet or infrastructure, or loss of data due to power failures or mechanical difficulties with information storage or retrieval systems. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of such an occurrence, Ocean Aire Productions, Inc. agrees to make a good faith effort to perform its obligations hereunder.

Intellectual Property

The site and all of its content are the sole property of Ocean Aire Productions, Inc. and Founder Sarah Beliza Tucker and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws and trademark laws. You may use your Professional membership account to show animated lessons in one-on-one or group/classroom sessions person or one-on-one via remote screen-share. You may also print worksheets, workbooks and activities for use with your students or clients. You are not permitted to resell or redistribute our programs and resources outside of what is necessary for use with students/clients. Do not repurpose or plagiarize our material in order to create derivative programs.

Termination

Ocean Aire Productions, Inc. reserves the right to terminate your access to the site, without any advance notice.

Liability

Use of Ocean Aire Productions, Inc. products and/or services and all associated content(s) is at your own risk. In no event shall Ocean Aire Productions, Inc., its licensors, suppliers, affiliates, and or associates mentioned in product literature be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, incidental and consequential damages, personal injury, wrongful death, lost profits, damages resulting from lost data caused by use or misuse of this site, content or public areas.
